SOSAI’s Community Inclusion Program aims at promoting social integration, advocacy and empowerment for children with disabilities fostering inclusive communities that value and support their needs.

Sign language training and social skills development to enhance communication and social participation.

Community outreach and education to promote understanding, acceptance, and support for children with disabilities.

Advocacy for policies and legal framework that recognize and protects rights of children with disabilities.

Development and provision of locally-made assistive devices, promoting mobility, independence and innovation.

Training and support for parents to advocate for their children’s rights and needs.

Collection and publication of data on needs of children with disabilities hence providing evidence-based solutions.

Training community members, organizations, and parents on disability inclusion best practices, rights, and laws such as UNCRPD, Disability Rights and so on.

Provision of legal support to children with disabilities to ensure they get justice and all the necessary support needed.
